Apeks Transformer CO2 Extractor, 2000PSI Unit, with 5L and 20L material columns. This model is designed for subcritical and supercritical CO2 extractions. This is a closed loop system that recovers around 95% of the CO2 used during extraction. System processes 10-15 lbs. of ground biomaterial in a 24-hour period.

This system is equipped with a 1.5 HP Polyscience Chiller, a Porter Cable pancake air compressor, and a PDC4 Diaphragm Compressor. Unit also comes with accessories such as: large material loading funnel, small funnel, small collection cup, large 12” collection cup, squeegee rod (for cleaning out separator vessel), and CO2 Bottle heat jacket, replacement Swagelok air actuated valve, and replacement gaskets and O-rings.

Maintenance on Diaphragm Pump recently done: Diaphragm replacement, Oil change, oil filter replaced.

This system is great for producing high quality crude oil and cold separation terpene fractions. System runs great and is in perfect working order.
