In order to protect all customers and ensure that all returns and exchanges are handled fairly, High Purity Extractions may require a receipt of purchase or decline your return or exchange in some situations, such as:

  • Products that were not bought directly from High Purity Extractions
  • Products that have been defaced
  • Products with missing labels
  • Products that haven’t been cleaned
  • Products that have been lost or damaged to the point where they aren’t usable


  • Contact High Purity Extractions at and state reason for return
  • High Purity Extractions will issue a Return Goods Authorization number
  • Ship the return pre-paid and insured with the RGA # noted clearly to:

    • Southbridge MA 01550
    • ATTN: RGA #___
  • 15% restocking fee does apply, unit must be returned in new condition, with all original packaging
  • Credit will be issued within 5 days of return and inspection, any damage by customer or cleaning required will be discussed
