The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
There is no guarantee, but the majority of in-stock products ship within 3-5 days of an order being placed.
If a product is on back-order, High Purity Extractions, LLC will contact the customer via e-mail with an approximate product ship date.
If a product is on back-order for more than 45 days, the order may be cancelled with no restocking fee.
A 15% restocking fee will apply when you cancel the order of a back-ordered product that is scheduled to ship within 45 days. To avoid the 15% restocking fee, check if an item is in stock with High Purity Extractions, LLC prior to placing your order.
All custom orders require a minimum of a 50% deposit (not applicable to add-to-cart items; 100% payment is due upon purchase).
